Participants will be given a rum education from Sugar House Distillery and a cocktail demonstration from Finca Bar Manager Natalie Hamilton. A “pinchos” (small bites) tasting from Finca’s kitchen will be included.
Craft Lake City’s third workshop in the Craft Cocktail Series will be at Finca Restaurant and will feature rum from Sugar House Distillery. Distilling in Utah since January 2014, Sugar House Distillery offers artisanal spirits distilled with the passion and love for simple ingredients. Made in small batches, Sugar House Distillery’s silver and gold rums start with the finest molasses and yeasts to be distilled to perfection. Workshop attendance policy: Participants are now required to arrive and check-in with the Craft Lake City Workshop Coordinator at least five minutes before the workshop begins or their spot will be given to a participant on the waitlist. If you wish to be added to the waitlist please arrive fifteen minutes before the workshop begins and check in with our Workshop Coordinator. You will be added to the waitlist to take the place of an absent participant’s spot. Workshops are first come, first serve, and waitlisters are not guaranteed admittance.n
