daCi Utah Day of Dance 2016 "Mountain Spaces, Dancing Places"

The daCi Utah Day of Dance is an annual intergenerational dance event for families, public schools and private studio groups. Participants experience two dance classes, and create a dance with a group to perform at the end of the event.

The daCi Utah Day of Dance will be held on November 4th, 2016 from 3-8pm at the Beverly Taylor Sorenson Arts and Education Complex on the University of Utah Campus. From 3-5pm a workshop will be held solely for secondary students ranging in ages from 12 to 18 from various schools in the Salt Lake Valley, including Title I schools. $5 dollars per person or $15 dollars for the whole family. The pre-workshop for secondary students is an additional $5 dollars.

There is a pre-workshop for secondary students ages 12-18 from 3-5pm before the main event that begins at 5pm.
