Djembe Drumming | Age 14+

The djembe is integral to the culture and history of West Africa. More recently the African djembe has developed into a staple of world percussion. In this six-week class, we will cover the foundations of all things djembe such as parts of the drum tuning, essential African rhythms, and, of course, how to jam! Players of all skill levels welcome. Drums provided or you may bring your own.
For ages 14 to adults.
