EJ Michels is a 32-year-old vocalist, songwriter, and performer born and raised in northern Utah. With a raw and authentic approach to songwriting, Michels captivates with his undeniable talent and unbridled passion. In January 2020, Michels released his stand out single “If It’s A Sin to Love You” an unrequited love story based on his personal life. Next year in 2021 saw the release of his EP “Matters of the Human Heart.” In 2023, EJ ended his run on season 23 of NBC The Voice after making it through three rounds. He started on Blake Shelton’s team and was later stolen onto Niall Horan’s. After the season finale EJ released his atmospheric, debut solo album “Michigan Avenue” in August 2023. EJ Is already in the studio working on his next record for 2024. Beyond his solo career, Michels is part of the alt-pop/rock group Foreign Figures. Together they have amassed over 20 million streams, TV/Film placements on Fox, MTV, Adobe, and performed long-side national acts such as X Ambassadors, Kesha, American Authors, and Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons.
