Fermentation for Foodies
Join local science educator and botanist Cheyenne Herland for an exploration into fermented foods. You will learn the science behind fermentation and then try your hand at brewing kombucha, concocting herbed vinegars, and making pickles. Meet in the Discovery Room. Bring your curiosity and adventurous taste buds!

Please park in the dirt lot, and walk down Birdhouse Trail to check in at the Visitor Center. As you reach the end of Birdhouse Trail, the Visitor Center is located just over the bridge, to the North.
