Fermenting Foods for Health and Wellness
Fermentation is a timeless technique in food preservation and preparation which has been practiced since ancient times. In this class you will observe and participate in the process of making milk and water kefir, learn how to turn it into healthful homemade sodas, and begin the process of fermenting various vegetables to take home.
