Evan Buechley, U of Utah, will talk about his efforts to better understand vultures from his work in the American southwest, Spain, the Middle East, and East Africa. Come and learn about the amazing vultures.

Vultures are bizarre, fascinating birds. Come learn about the surprising differences among vulture species, the reasons why they are the most endangered group of birds in the world, and the vital role they play in their ecosystems. Vultures have often been portrayed as malevolent creatures preying on the sick and weary.
