Summer might be ending, but we’re having one last celebration in Em’s Sprout House—with ice cream! Come explore the science of making this frozen treat and investigate the ordinary, strange, and unusual plants that help make ice cream oh-so tasty. After we’ll whip up (and taste!) homemade ice cream flavored with a few of our favorite plant ingredients.
