Join us for the first class on February 24th! Set your curiosity free in this evening class dedicated to food and alcohol pairings, guided by Sommelier Jim Santangelo from the Wine Academy of Utah. Guests will find their sense inspired by themed wine pairings before fully immersing themselves in the movement and color of The Leonardo’s latest exhibition, Art Through Experience. The pairings are complimented by an in-depth, scientific discussion on how and why the palate perceives each combination. This class is open to anyone over the age of 21.
