Jaker's Jack-o-Lanterns

Springville’s historic Harward Farms will reopen Jaker’s Jack-o-Lanterns for its 15th year, September 24 through October 30, featuring a pumpkin patch and numerous fall festival activities. Located at 950 West 400 South in Springville, Jaker’s Jack-o-Lanterns is open from 9:00 A.M. until dark Monday-Saturday. Local food trucks will join Jaker’s every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. Admission is $5 per person (ages 2 and under are free). Entry includes all activities. All pumpkins and concessions, from premium sodas to local baked goods to Mexican street corn, will be sold separately. A variety of natural fall decor grown at Harward Farms will also be for sale.
Costumes are encouraged on October 30 during Jaker’s Halloween Fest, where entertainment, games, and trick-or-treating come with regular admission.  Discounted school field trips require reservations, and pavilions may be rented for parties and corporate events.
Harward Farms marks its 15th anniversary of Jaker’s this year with 25 acres of family-friendly fall activities, such as hay rides, a petting zoo, a corn maze, slides, a corn fountain and a corn pit. “Kids love the corn pit,” says co-owner Jake Harward. “It’s like a giant sandbox filled with shelled, dry feed corn.”
