In coordination with the state and local public health official’s phased health guidelines and the Utah Leads Together 2.0 recommendations, and exercising an abundance of care for our residents’ health and well-being, the following Layton City celebration events have been cancelled, effective May 1, 2020: Layton City Liberty Days (July 4, 2020)

6:30am–10:00am Breakfast at Layton Commons Park (Wendell/Starkey Parking Lot)
6:30am Fun Run/Walk and More Fun Less Run packet pick-up and day-of registration
7:15am WALK Begins
7:30am FUN RUN and MORE FUN LESS RUN Begins
8:00amAll-Star Baseball/Softball Games Begin (Ellison Park)
8:30am Flag Raising Ceremony (Ed Kenley Amphitheater)
10:15am PARADE-Kids Bike Parade Begins/City Council Popsicle Parade Begins
10:30am PARADE Starts
12:00pm Surf ‘n Swim Opens
12:00pm Concessions, Vendor Booths, and Entertainment at Layton Commons Park
12:00pm Dutch Oven Demonstrations Begin (Constitution Circle)
