Postponed Lifeguard Training Course (Ages 15 and up)

Students will be taught the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course. Students are required to pass a pre-test prior to taking the course. Students must be 15 by end of course to participate. Students must pass a written and swim test with at least 80% to become certified. Students must attend all classes. Registration will be available online April 1.

Pre-Test
300 yard swim (front crawl and breaststroke only)
Tread water for 2 minutes using only legs
Timed retrieval of 10 pound object

Fee
$190

Upon completion of your LGT Certification, you are not guaranteed employment at Alta Canyon Sports Center.
