Lights Out Launch 2021

Attend our Lights Out Launch on Thursday, April 8th. Join us for a themed morning bird walk or a nighttime paint-along.

Spring Migration Bird Walk: Tour the Jordan River Nature Center and surrounding area. Scientists will point out migratory birds and talk about how birds are impacted by light pollution as they travel. Learn about the Lights Out Program, and take home your own yard signs!

Virtual Paint-Along: Learn how to paint the migratory Indigo Bunting while listening to our scientist-artists explain our Lights Out and collision survey program.
