"Lion" Movie Night

This summer, you will have the chance to form a stronger connection with India and the amazing people who call it home! Summer of STARS is a series of events inspired by the students we support in India who come from leprosy-affected communities. All of these events are FREE and were created to empower and inspire those in our local community.

The screening will be held in BYU’s Tanner Building room W408 on July 15th at 7 PM. This movie is based on the novel “A Long Way Home” and follows the journey a young man takes to learn more about his family and Indian roots after being adopted and moved to Australia. The film is rated PG-13 and 2 hours long, so please keep this in mind when you invite your younger family members and friends. However, this event is open to people of all ages.
