Lunch Hour Premium Wine Club: Chardonnay Technique And Style

Offered to you monthly, by French Wine Scholar and Wine Educator, Sheral Schowe, owner of Wasatch Academy of Wine, LLC at Harmons City Creek Cooking School. An extraordinary opportunity to learn deeply about specific grape varieties and wine regions of the world in a small group setting while tasting four wines. Many of the wines presented are only available through special order, or have been cellar aged for years to achieve exquisite bouquet of aroma and tasting profile. Space is limited to allow for meaningful discussion and organoleptic evaluation of the wines.  Our wine club tastings are held on Mondays, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Harmons City Creek Cooking School.
