Free, full-featured community arts festival. Music on two stages, 70 vendors of food, arts & craft, an Art Show & juried contest, kids activities and more. Free admission and parking.

  2. The Festival’s Art Show & Contest *is* open to all residents of Salt Lake and Tooele Counties. There are categories based on age and artistic medium used. There is a small entry fee, but all of those funds are paid back out as “prizes” to art contest winners. Those who enter need to deliver their art to the Magna Library (a branch of the SL County Library System) by Saturday, August 10th to

Featured Artist


Choreographer; Dancer; Musician; UDAM Teaching Artist | Katie regularly performs throughout Utah with her cuadro which includes: Jake Abbott (guitar and cante), Sandy Meek (guitar), and Julie Sheen (cajon and palmas). While growing up in Utah she studied jazz, ballet, tap and hip-hop. After moving to Baltimore, Maryland for graduate school she fell in love with Flamenco after taking her first Sevillanas class. She studied with Solange Gomes for several years in Salt Lake City and most recently she lived in Sevilla, Spain where she studied with many flamenco maestros, including Luisa Palacio, Angel Atienza, Isabel Bayon and Javier Baron.
