Mandala and the Butterfly

Explore autumnal mindfulness at this two-night event while immersing yourself in the awe-inspiring scenery of Alta during the New Moon. Each evening will begin with an uplifting Sound Bath and Tea Ceremony, before moving on to create a Mandala Painting and journaling. Each participant will receive “The Journal – Mandala and The Butterfly”, by teacher and author, Ginnymarie M. Leines.

Our teachers are a catalyst for self-discovery and celebration.

Ginnymarie Leines is a mindfulness author, motivational speaker, and International School of Coaching, LJ personal and business narrative coach.

Nicole Cavallaro, is a self and wellness innovator, mindfulness teacher, and Yoga Master.
