The UMFA’s mindfulness program continues! Led by seasoned instructor Charlotte Bell, the Museum’s meditative sessions will now be held virtually. Learn more about Bell and the many benefits of mindfulness, and join us on Thursdays April 9– May 14 from 1–1:40 pm.
Each session will include thirty minutes of mindfulness instruction and ten minutes of Q&A with Bell. Please plan to join five minutes early to allow access into the session.
