Mondays in the Park: Kargi Kala Kendra / Tango West

Bring a lawn chair or sit in the grass and enjoy a free concert in Liberty Park.

KARGI KALA KENDRA

Dance director and instructor Sudha Kargi is a seasoned and versatile dancer, teacher and choreographer who studied Indian dance in Chennai, India. Recipient of several Idaho and Utah Artist Awards and grants, she currently lives and teaches dance in Sandy, Utah. Her students learn both theoretical and practical aspects of Bharatanatyam.

TANGO WEST

Brian Salisbury has been dancing tango for 20 years. He has studied tango in Buenos Aires and at workshops at Reed College Tango
