National Geographic Explorer Classroom Series

Join us every month for Explorer Classroom — a live interactive session that connects young people with National Geographic Explorers — to hear behind-the-scenes stories and interact with cutting-edge scientists, researchers, and powerful storytellers from around the globe.

This month is Traditional Polynesian Voyaging with Lehua Kamalu. We’ll learn about the ocean, the stars, and what it takes to cross the ocean on a historic Polynesian voyaging canoe.
