(Not Just For) Kids Adventures in Cooking & Eating

Would you like to learn how to turn Nutella or peanut butter into a powder?

How about making gummy pearls out of balsamic vinegar?

There are so many cool techniques when working with food, Chef Katie is here to show you some of the more funky stuff. We’ll taste exotic foods, trick our taste buds with Miracle Fruit and more!

Tickets are for participation. If you are a parent who isn’t going to participate, but your child is, then only buy a ticket for your child. If you are an parent who wants to participate as well, then you must buy a ticket for yourself as well. Parents must stay with children for the whole duration, class will be about 1.5 hours long.

DAVID HABBEN

Graphic Designer; UDAM Teaching Artist | David received his BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University in 2006. In 2008, he became one of the first illustrators to become a Children’s Book Design Fellow at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. For the next eight years, David continued to work as an illustrator and designer, both in-house and freelance. Then, In 2017, he earned his MFA in Studio Art, with a Graphic Design emphasis, from The University of Utah.
