ONLINE - Brazilian Capoeira Classes

Hi Volta Miuda family,
I’m going to start a basic online capoeira exercise class on Zoom on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6-6:30 (to follow the guidelines that SLC and Utah have put in place). It will be a basic class to help you move and sweat a little with capoeira movements after your day at home (or work). I’m going to keep it pretty basic so any age can join or any level – including people who haven’t tried capoeira before – so please share with your friends (and let them know the payment info below)! Just download Zoom and see the information about joining below. I’ll also keep sending videos on the group chat of capoeira sequences for you to practice each week. And lastly, I’ll offer private classes so reach out to me if you’re interested.

All current paying Volta Miuda students are welcome to join the Zoom classes and others can join in for a $5 or more per class suggested donation at Venmo @jamaika-Romualdo. I know this has been a hard situation for everyone, and I appreciate all the support you’ve shared for our VM community and each other. Please share these classes with your friends and encourage them to donate if they’re able. I’m excited to see you all!
