Peregrine Rose Trio presents

Join Peregrine Rose Trio for an evening of charming and warm summer music performed to the backdrop of the beautiful Springville Art Museum

Join Peregrine Rose Trio (flute/clarinet/bassoon) for an evening of music by living composers in the beautiful Springville Museum of Art! Our program features:

Trios:
"Hymns for Late Summer" by Alexandra Molnar-Suhajda
"Woodwind Trio" by notable opera composer Mary Watkins

A trio of duets:
"Lament" by Adrienne Albert
"Patas d'Hilo" by Juan Ruiz
"Two Cats - Tiki", by Daniel Dorff

Peregrine Rose Trio (flute, bassoon, and clarinet) focuses on performing classical works written by living composers. The ensemble seeks out engaging and relatable repertoire that is an enjoyable experience for both audience and performer.

Rose V. Johnson, flutist, received her BA-Music from Northern Arizona University and her MMus degree from the University of Washington. Her mentors include Erich Graf, Philip Swanson and Felix Skowronek. Rose is a member of the Ladies’ Quintessential Quintet, Compass Winds, and Peregrine Rose Trio.

Lori Shepherd holds a MM degree in clarinet performance from the University of Utah. She performs on clarinet, bass clarinet, saxophone, oboe, and flute with small chamber groups, jazz bands, and orchestras. Lori performs with Trio de Bois, Peregrine Rose, the Ladies' Quintessential Quintet, and Bamboo & Brass Ltd.

Cassandra Reid Bendickson holds an MMus degree in Bassoon from the University of Arizona, specializing in chamber work along with her work in orchestras across southern Arizona. She currently plays with Ladies’ Quintessential Quintet, Peregrine Rose, Tucson Duo Project, and the LüftBassoons.
