Tis the season to work with Pine! Learn how to turn an ordinary item like pine needles into a beautiful basket, in one day!
This class is excellent for beginners and just might make you fall in love with basket making. Students will learn the basic techniques needed to make a small pine needle basket. Pine needle baskets use a method in basketry called coiling. Coiling begins at the center of a basket and grows in spiral rounds, each attached to the round before.
