Art Access Gallery & Gallery II

“Place” showcases the individual and collaborative painting, mixed media and ceramic art of artists Laura Sommer, Tess Cook, Laurel Cahoon, and Whitney Horrocks. This collaborative show focuses on place: geographical, psychological, and historical. This theme was interpreted whilst the artists explored the concepts of collaboration vs. isolation, formal vs. informal art education, and interpretation vs. communication with their separate and combined works.

We are also excited to be exhibiting a selection of artwork from our gallery and programs’ Permanent Collection. It will be sure to elicit fond memories amongst the long-standing Art Access community as well as inspire our ever expanding circle of new participants and supporters.
