Procreate - The Basics with Megan Hindman

This class is a bit more than a crash course, designed to get students comfortable with the program and find all the hidden tools and controls while making a few finished pieces of art before wrapping up the sessions. All students are welcome, whether they are brand new to digital art, or are trying to get comfortable with Procreate after getting started on a different digital drawing program. Despite Procreate’s simple appearance, there are many hidden gesture controls and menus that can be hard to get a handle on without some instruction ahead of time. Once you get the hang of the program, the possibilities are endless! Make finished art from your couch or favorite coffee shop, all on your little tablet!

Class requirements: Students must bring their own iPad and Apple Pencil to class, and have the Procreate app installed (it is $10 in the app store) Feel free to reach out to the instructor if you have any questions about the tools needed for the class.
