Changing your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions tied to your goals can change it all. Come with us on a hike and learn and grow with a few others to help us achieve what we want.
Who should come:
People who want to achieve their goals but are stuck. Hikers and non-hikers alike! This is an easy trail that will allow us to be outside, see a waterfall AND learn ways to push through our goals.
What to expect:
A 2.3 mile hike, snack time, a quick standing yoga, learning about tools to help you reach your goals, and opening and closing circles to create a camaraderie with the group.
What to bring:
At least one liter of water, a light jacket, snack, and a great attitude :)
About your guide:
Mikkel Leslie is a Mindset Coach with A Fulfilled Life Coaching. Her career has taken many turns and she is excited to work with business owners and sales people to grow their businesses without giving up their life. Mikkel has worked in business development, sales, marketing, project management, and as an engineer. Only when she found her passions of helping others did she get excited about what she was doing.
