Richard III

Join Weber State University scholar, Sally Shigley, in a discussion of Richard III by William Shakespeare.

Who is a hero? Can he or she also be a villain? Why are we so fascinated by heinous characters – in our politics, films, TV shows, news accounts, and fiction? Richard III is a historical play believed to have been written in approximately 1592. It depicts the Machiavellian rise to power and subsequent short reign of Richard III of England.
