Run Right for Injury Prevention
Want to up your performance while reducing your chance of injury? In this class you will learn the fundamentals of correct running form; suitable for any distance. Appropriate for those who wish to run in shoes, in five-toed shoes, or barefoot; it is your form, not your footwear, that determines whether your running is efficient and balanced or not. Please come prepared to run the first day of class; we will gather in a classroom, then head directly outdoors.
