Don’t miss Sandy’s annual hot air balloon festival. Enjoy early morning events, including crafts and balloons handed out on Saturday morning during the launch, along with a Saturday evening concert and balloon glow. Launches will be at Storm Mountain Park on both days starting at 6 am. The Glow will be at the City Promenade on Saturday at 7:30 pm.
