Sensory Inclusive Afternoon

All children and families are invited to this Free Sensory-Inclusive Afternoon of play from 4 – 6 pm!

All children and families are invited to this Free Sensory-Inclusive Afternoon of play from 4 – 6 pm! We will turn the lights down, reduce noise in the museum, and offer special sensory-friendly programming. Sensory bags equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards are available for checkout at the Admissions Desk. A limited number of weighted lap pads are also available upon request.

PARKING INFO

Park in the WINTER PARKING GARAGE–LEVEL +2– at The Gateway Mall. Park toward the south end of the garage and enter the elevator lobby in the southwest corner. Press +2 in the elevator to get to Discovery Gateway admissions. Parking validations may be purchased at Admissions Desk or Information Desk for $1, and they cover up to 3 hours.
