Shred Fest in Salt Lake City is a winter kick-off festival that hosts a real snow rail jam, concert, sponsor village, beer fest, food trucks and more!

Shred Fest is a 2-day winter kick-off festival in Salt Lake City hosted at Liberty Park on Nov. 8th and 9th. On Friday from 5-9pm, there will be food trucks, sponsors, beer, and the TGR ski film Winterland, and a snow drop! Saturday from 1-10pm, Shred Fest will feature yoga, ZORB racing, axe throwing, lumberjacks, beer fest, spirits, food trucks, sponsor village, a real snow rail jam, and a concert featuring The Lil’ Smokies!

UDAM Teaching Artist; Visual Artist | Trish Clay has worked for forty years teaching and counseling at all levels from elementary to college, including Job Corps and prison programs. She has been awarded many awards for her teaching, including two Fulbright scholarships to Japan and the Beverly Sorenson Award for Secondary Art Teacher of the Year. She has taught in China and Vietnam and traveled throughout the world, gathering ideas for her teaching. She loves to teach and interact with students of all ages, and continues to work with Girl Scouts, private individuals and the prison half way house for women.
