Snow & Flow

Improve your mind and body while experiencing the beauty of Solitude with a 1.5 hour snowshoe tour followed by a one hour yoga class.

Meet in Solitude Village at 4:00 p.m. at Solitude Village Nordic & Snowshoe Rentals. We’ll clip into snowshoes for a relaxed adventure on Solitude’s snowshoe trails in the neighboring forest. The hike will be led by an experienced guide who can also help participants with their gear. This is a great chance for first-timers to learn how to use snowshoes!

After snowshoeing, we’ll gather at the Creekside building in Solitude Village for a one-hour yoga practice. Yoga mats will be provided but guests are welcome to bring their own mats which can be stored at the rental shop while snowshoeing.

Reservations are required and include snowshoe rental and Nordic trail pass.
