The teachings of Buddhism are timeless and universal. In this talk, Gen Kelsang Rinzin will talk about Buddha’s teaching on the Four Noble Truths, which show us how to break free from the cycle of unhappiness and to establish within our minds the path to permanent freedom and happiness, teaching directly in reference to Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book Introduction to Buddhism.
