CANCELED - TEACHING SHAKESPEARE (FOR BOTH ENGLISH AND THEATRE EDUCATORS)

Teaching Shakespeare is aimed at providing active and engaging classroom approaches to language arts teachers and others who teach Shakespeare’s text. The class will help you get out from behind the desk and explore theatre techniques to hook student engagement with Shakespeare’s text. Tuition includes tickets to four plays.

DAVID HABBEN

Graphic Designer; UDAM Teaching Artist | David received his BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University in 2006. In 2008, he became one of the first illustrators to become a Children’s Book Design Fellow at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. For the next eight years, David continued to work as an illustrator and designer, both in-house and freelance. Then, In 2017, he earned his MFA in Studio Art, with a Graphic Design emphasis, from The University of Utah.
