The Horse: Navajo Seed Pot Artist Workshop

Join Navajo artist Jachelle Yazzie in designing and painting a Navajo seed pot. Much of Yazzie’s art has a spiritual meaning, and most of her designs revolve around the sun and her love of the Earth. Learn about the significance of colors such as turquoise, brown, red, and green, and designs that honor the traditions and beliefs of the Navajo people.
