The Mormon Battalion: A Symphonic Saga

The Mormon Battalion celebrates 175 years on July 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Tabernacle on Temple Square.

On Sunday, July 24, 2022, the Mormon Battalion Association will present The Mormon Battalion: A Symphonic Saga at 7:00 PM in the Tabernacle on Temple Square. This live orchestral performance with narration celebrates the Mormon Battalion’s 175th anniversary. The event is free and open to the general public.
Award winning composer Marden Pond will conduct the orchestra. Elder D. Todd Christofferson of the Quorum of the Twelve will speak prior to the performance.
