Join us for the perfect play for a dry summer.
A stirring look at the power of our thoughts; particularly those we have about ourselves. Set in a time of drought during the Great Depression, playwright N. Richard Nash juxtaposes shy, timid Lizzie Curry with a brash, overly confident con man named Starbuck. Promising he can bring an end to the drought plaguing the Curry family farm, the magic of his words also ends the drought in Lizzie’s soul. A true American classic.
