Learn more about the mountains where you hike, ride, and ski! Take a FREE 30-minute ski tour with a naturalist Ranger at one of the Cottonwood ski resorts. Tours occur in the afternoon on weekends and holidays.
Join Volunteer Naturalist Rangers on the ski slopes at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude to learn about Cottonwood Canyon’s geology, history, winter ecology, watershed, wildlife, and more! Tour topics rotate monthly.
Free, guided, naturalist-led tour, down an easy or intermediate ski run. Tours last ~ 30 minutes. Lift ticket or pass at ski area required. No registration required!
