Traditional ‘Country Italian’ Dinner

Get whisked away by the Gondola to Needles Lodge and celebrate the summer as well as its relaxing and rustic characteristics that can only be experienced with a true ‘country Italian’ dinner served family-style.  All tables will be preset in counts of (8) and all food as well as all courses will be shared on the table- like you would if  you were just coming in from a hard day’s work on the family farm. The food will all be traditionally prepared in the spirit of ‘slow cuisine’ – where dinner preparation begins the day before or the morning of. The chefs will talk to the guests between each course and there will be live entertainment.
