Tri Color Gnocchi Workshop with Ana Valdemoros

Participants will learn three vegetarian-friendly recipes for the pillowy pasta dumplings, using potatoes, beets, and spinach to create three vibrant varieties. Workshop attendees will then master new techniques as they mix, cut, fold, and cook the gnocchi. The workshop will conclude by attendees enjoying their culinary creations with delicious sauce prepared by Valdemoros. You’ll want to serve gnocchi with every dish after this class!
