Valentine's Couples Massage Workshop

Valentine’s Partner Stretching/Massage Workshop * Friday, February 11th, 7:00 – 9:00 pm * $66 per couple

Physical touch is one of the most important ways we can connect with those we love. Touch can be healing, comforting, and relaxing.
In this engaging couples workshop you’ll learn fun partner stretches as well as effective massage techniques to aid in workout recovery, pain relief, relaxation and stress relief. In addition to learning how massage their partner, couples will also be led through partner-connecting meditations and activities, and will leave with handouts and strategies to practice at home.  Come to learn strategies for deeper connection through physical touch.
*This workshop is appropriate for all adults, no physical ability level required.
