Slow down and Join Sifu Toni Lock virtually in Red Butte Garden for Tuesday evening Qigong classes.
Qigong (pronounced chi-kung) is a moving meditation and the grandfather of T’ai Chi. Sifu Toni’s personal mantra is "BE = Breathe & Expand.” For when we reside in the present — there is no stress.
In our classes we will practice being aware of our surroundings, inside and outside of ourselves. Moving slowly, connecting our movements with our breath and present awareness. Registration is required. Online class registration includes one free admission pass to Red Butte Garden.
Cost is $10 per class.
This is an online class. A Zoom link will be sent to students the day before class.
