Weber State University Storytelling Festival

Welcome to the 20th Annual Weber State University Storytelling Festival!  This year, to help celebrate our twentieth year, we have invited some of our favorite storytellers from past years: Donald Davis, Angela Lloyd, and Bill Harley.  We also welcome nationally acclaimed children’s author and bilingual storyteller, Carmen Deedy.  Beloved regional storytellers and dozens of youth storytellers from local school districts with also delight, entertain, and edify.  Come celebrate with us for three absolutely magical days of storytelling events for all ages. In addition to our traditional three-day festival, we offer a variety of workshops and events.

Events are held at a variety of locations throughout the community: Davis Conference Center in Layton, Utah, David Eccles Conference Center and Perry’s Egyptian Theater, The Children’s Treehouse Museum, local schools and the Weber State University-Main Campus.
