Join us for a crash course on mycology. We will talk about why fungi are so important, how we can further incorporate them into our daily lives, and what it takes to grow oyster mushrooms in our dry climate.
Note: This workshop will be held online as a webinar. Registered students will be sent a copy of the handout in advance of class along with instructions for logging in to the webinar.
