Women in Jazz and Jazz and the Civil Rights Movement

Join us for a Black History Month presentation. Galen Abdur-Razzaq is a master flutist and will present two engaging programs, “Women in Jazz” and “Jazz and the Civil Rights Movement”. These programs will be presented with jazz pieces interspersed throughout.
Mr. Abdur-Razzaq studied at the Berklee College of Music. He holds a master’s degree in education and performing arts from Rutgers University and has collaborated with some of jazz music’s greatest artists. He has performed at colleges
