Yoga in the Mountains -CANCELLED

FREE Yoga in the Mountains at Our Lady of the Snows sponsored by Alta Community Enrichment.

This one hour class, taught by Marie Heywood will provide a breath to movement flow accompanied with meditative poses that will stretch and strengthen, uniting mind, body, and spirit. Some mats provided.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class, door will be secured promptly at 5:30pm.
