Yoga Storytime and Songs with Lizzy Luna has gone virtual, with a special series video series of yoga programs designed for children up to age 9. Lizzy Luna’s unique program incorporates yoga-position-inspired characters and settings along with original music and interactive movements. Children can learn and practice animal, plant, and other yoga positions. Yoga can help strengthen young bodies, minds, and imaginations, and encourage relaxation and mindfulness.
