The mission of the Brigham City Museum of Art & History is to collect, preserve, and interpret art and materials that tell stories of human experiences and of the land. The museum is a place to engage with ideas, creativity, and heritage.

Nestled in the heart of historic Brigham City, Utah, the Museum provides opportunities to see exhibitions showcasing fabulous Utah artists, and historical exhibitions that illuminate the history of Utah, and our place in the world. To best serve the community, admission to the museum and its events is free. It was established in 1970 by Brigham City Corporation. The museum is a department of Brigham City Corporation and receives added support from the Box Elder Museum Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charity.

Additional support comes from the Utah Division of Arts & Museums, Utah Office of Tourism, Utah Humanities, and other regional and local entities.
