Desert Orchid Dance Company

Founded in 1994 Desert Orchid Dance Company is a dance performance group designed to dispel cultural biases and misconceptions of Middle Eastern dance, music, and culture. It is a dance company that not only performs good shows, but also creates good memories and good stories. Unlike many dance companies, Desert Orchid Dance Company creates educational entertainments that incorporate dance, proverbs, fables, folktales, legends, history, and other elements of Middle Eastern culture.
